When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google's OAuth service. We do not collect passwords.
We also store information you provide directly:
- Your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition
- Your brand context (URL, PDF, or PPTX you upload)
- LinkedIn leads fetched on your behalf via Apify
- AI-generated message drafts and your edits to them
2. How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to operate SDRAgent for you:
- Signing you in and identifying your account
- Fetching and scoring LinkedIn leads against your ICP
- Drafting personalised outreach messages
- Improving your ICP based on your decline feedback
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics products, or any purpose unrelated to providing the service to you.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your data is used solely to operate the service for you.
4. Data retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of your request.
5. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — request that inaccurate data be corrected
- Deletion — request that your data be permanently deleted
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
